As factor for your property we will manage the repairs to the common areas of the building in which you live and the area surrounding your property. You are liable for a share of the cost of repairs to these areas and your responsibility is determined by the details of your sale disposition.

Repairs to the property are principally carried out by our maintenance team.

Whilst you are solely responsible for the upkeep of your own flat, parts of the tenement building are normally the joint responsibility of the owners whose title deeds say they have a right of common property
