You can pay by any of the following methods:

• online at www.allpay.net/allpayments
• by telephone on 01475 788 887
• by direct debit from your bank or building society account
• at any Post Office or  Paypoint outlet
• in person at River Clyde Homes' office
• in person at Inverclyde Council's Wallace Place office
• by post to River Clyde Homes via cheque

If you wish to pay on-line:

Payments can be made via the Allpay website.  You will need to have both your debit/credit card and your account swipe card handy when making payments online.  Access the page direct by clicking on the following link:

If you wish to pay by telephone:

Call us on 01475 788 887.  Have your debit/credit card details to hand as well as your account number.  Select option 1 for payments,   then  follow the prompts.  Payments are accepted 24 hours a day.

You can now pay by Direct Debit:

If you wish to pay by Direct Debit you will need to complete a Direct Debit Instruction mandate.  Once you have completed the form you should return it to our office.  We will then contact your bank/building society regarding taking deductions from your account.  We currently offer a payment date of the 14^th of the month.  Alternative payment dates may be available in the future.
