Emergency repairs
Out-of-hour's emergency only operating hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 4.30pm - 8.45am and
Friday 4pm to Monday 8.45am.
Please note this service is for emergency repairs only, where not carrying out the repair immediately would be a threat to safety of individuals or property.
Please note that when our operatives attend during those times you could be charged if it is found that you have:
- exaggerated the situation;
- misinformed us so that we will attend out of hours or
- it would have been reasonable for you to have rectified the fault or taken temporary measures to avoid the call out.
For some repairs the cost will not end here, as the emergency repair charge only covers the cost of the call out. Labour and materials required to carry out the repair at the time eg. where boarding up broken windows or securing doors, a further charge will then be made for the replacement of the glass or door (if necessary).
