The Support offered
We can provide support in a number of ways to help you keep your tenancy. Working with you, we will put together a package of support which meets your needs.
We can help you to:
- Fill in Housing Benefit forms, Council Tax forms and any other housing applications;
- Assist with day-to-day correspondence;
- Register for gas and electricity supply to your home;
- Liaise with other agencies on your behalf and
- Gain access to other services e.g. – Social Work, Carr-Gomm, Voluntary Services etc. We can also:
- Give you general advice on housing issues or concerns.
Access to the Tenancy Support Team
There are three ways you can access the Tenancy Support service.
- Ask for a referral at River Clyde Homes’ offices;
- If you already have a support worker, for example, a social worker, ask them to refer you or
- By contacting the Tenancy Support Team.
This service is available to all River Clyde Homes’ tenants and is confidential. We will not pass information to any other agency without your agreement.
