Welcome to Up Close
Welcome to Up Close, a celebration of life in Inverclyde.
The Up Close exhibition is now open in Port Glasgow Town Hall, 35 King Street, PA14 5HD. Opening hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm and entry is free for everyone.
Please share your memories and hopes for the future on this site as we create a unique exhibition and more importantly, a legacy for future generations.
We need your help to submit photos, memories, films and artefacts to the Up Close exhibition to help build a memory bank of life in Inverclyde. Using these memories, we can create a wonderful picture of family life in Inverclyde.
We're also working closely with local primary schools, local groups and residents. Local children are being encouraged to speak with their family members about where they used to live, how they live now and how Inverclyde has changed over the years. Using these memories, we can create a wonderful picture of family life in Inverclyde.
