The Board

River Clyde Homes is governed by a Board of up to 12 directors who combine their skills and experience to make the best decisions for the homes we provide and the services that we deliver. The Board provides overall strategic leadership and direction for River Clyde Homes and the RCH Group, ensures effective governance and financial management and agrees and oversees the business plan to ensure delivery of objectives.

To achieve this, the Board has three sub-committees: the Group Audit and Risk Committee; the Group Remuneration and Nominations Committee, and the Social Landlord Operations Committee.
