Dear Customer,

Biomass Heating – Broomhill

Further to my previous correspondence regarding the biomass heating, I would like to reassure customers again that we have identified the issues with the heating system and we are fixing these as soon as practically possible dependent upon the delivery of parts.

We are also carrying out a thorough investigation of the entire system and undertaking tests to establish any underlying issues so we can fix these as well.

As a goodwill gesture, your Wilson Energy account will be credited with £30 to cover any period where you may have been inconvenienced with the heating and hot water going down. The credit could take up to 24-48 hours to show on your mobix unit from the date of this letter.

Just a reminder if you are experiencing any problems with your heating then please contact our Customer Experience Team on 0800 013 2196 who will be happy to assist at any time. Please do not turn up your thermostat as this will not resolve the issue.

If you require temporary heaters then our Customer Experience Team will be able to help with this too and will arrange for them to be dropped off to you at your home.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and distress caused to customers impacted by the heating and hot water issues and would stress we are liaising with our contractors to have the identified issues resolved.
