Are you a River Clyde Homes customer?

Are you interested in making a meaningful impact in how we deliver our services?

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Board. In this influential role, you will help define our strategic direction, help develop long-term goals, and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality services to our entire community.

ABOUT US

As part of the RCH Group, River Clyde Homes is one of Scotland’s leading social housing providers. With an annual turnover exceeding £34m and a dedicated team of over 300, we are privileged to support over 8,000 customers across our communities, and as we look to the future, we are excited by our ambitious plans to grow even further.

We are supported by our commercial subsidiary Home Fix Scotland, which provides a variety of construction and grounds maintenance services. We have a simple, powerful purpose: to improve lives and places.

By investing in our homes, our services, and our people, we aren’t just managing properties - we are building vibrant communities where everyone can thrive.

THE ROLE

To help us achieve these goals, we are looking for a new Board Member to help guide our growth and strategic development. This is an important opportunity to help define our long-term goals and play a lead role in delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Equality and diversity are at the heart of our governance; we aim to ensure our leadership is open to all and free from discrimination. While we welcome applications from all backgrounds, we are especially interested in appointing one of our customers with the drive to enhance our commitment to our customers.

If you are driven by innovation and good practice and have the commitment to play a positive part in driving the organisation forward, we invite you to help us build one of Scotland’s leading social housing providers.
