Caretaking review

Whilst we have achieved a great deal since it was established in 2007, we are ambitious and always strive to improve our performance and customer satisfaction.

In order to deliver the high standard of services that our customers expect we regularly review the way we work to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our customers.  This review of our caretaking service will hear form both customers and staff to see how we can continue to improve and develop the service
