Covid-19 and repairs update
We have resumed letting but repairs are taking longer to complete and our properties may not be available for 8-12 weeks

During the coronavirus pandemic, customer and staff safety continue to be our top priorities and we continue to follow Scottish Government guidelines. We would like to thank you for your patience during this period.
The RCH Group has continued to provide essential services during this difficult time but in line with the guidance, the advertising of ‘properties to let’ was stopped temporarily. However we have been working in partnership with Inverclyde Council and Women’s Aid to assist those most in need and wherever possible, prevent homelessness.
While we have re-introduced the advertising of a limited number of properties on our website on a weekly basis, due to the pandemic, repairs are taking longer to complete and our properties may not be available for 8 to 12 weeks after the closing date.
We will continue to follow Government guidelines on the allocation of properties. In particular, we will restrict the letting of properties to customers who have increased vulnerablity as defined by those guidelines.
