Customers meet staff in open forum event

RCH Group enjoyed its first post-covid 'in-person' customer event at Clyde View on 31st August.  

Customers who dropped in were treated to a cake and cuppa whilst giving their thoughts and feedback on the Customer Involvement Strategy, RCH Performance and Rent Strategy. 

Customers were able to talk to staff from Governance, Factoring, Housing, Inclusive Communities, Finance and Home Fix Scotland, who were on hand to discuss any issues or questions they had. 

Siobhan O’Kane, Senior Governance and Planning Manager, said: “I’d like to thank all the teams who took part in and supported this event.  

“The feedback from customers was positive and they particularly enjoyed sharing a cuppa and a cake in person with staff.

“Consulting with our customers is an important part of what we do, and we look forward to hosting more of these events in the future.”
