Important Update for Customers

River Clyde Homes are currently assessing the viability of our stock  to comply with The Scottish Housing Quality Standard & The Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing.

In order to inform our future investment programme, our stock condition surveyors will be carrying out surveys.

The scheduled programme for the coming weeks is :

          Belville Street area          Week beginning Monday 9th October 2023

          Broomhill area                 Week beginning Monday 16th October 2023

          Town Centre area            Week beginning Monday 23rd October 2023

Access is not required to your property for this survey to be carried out as the surveyors are concentrating on a “fabric first” approach therefore you may see them in communal areas and gardens. They will also be taking photographs of our assets.

Our surveyors will carry photographic ID with them.
