Working in partnership with RCH Group, Inverclyde Council is pleased to fund a limited number of job creation opportunities for local parents, to help increase their work experience, offering flexibility to fit around their family commitments.

  • I-PEP aims to support parents (with dependent children) who are unemployed / unwaged (there is no minimum duration), OR who are in employment but looking to broaden or diversify their experience.
  • All posts will be paid at the Real Living Wage (currently £10.90 per hour). Posts are for a fixed term period of 12 months.
The employer will be River Clyde Homes or Home Fix Scotland and the vacancies available are as below.

Customer Experience Administration Support
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between 8am – 6pm (flexibility within these hours)
To provide administrative support and other support to the functions of the Customer Experience team.
Finance Assistant Support
35 hours per week (negotiable), Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm (flexibility within these hours)
The role provides a wide range of financial duties including dealing with debtors, creditors, banking and payroll, as well as accounting and budgeting
Housing Administration Support
(3 posts) 35 hours per week, Monday -
Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexibility available)
To provide a wide range of administrative support to large area housing teams as well as the overall Housing Management functions.
Workplanner Administration Support
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 
9am – 5pm (flexibility available)
To provide administrative support to a busy Work Planning team, planning jobs for multi-trade operatives in repairs and voids.
Compliance & Facilities Administration Support
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday,
9am – 5pm (flexibility available)
To provide administrative support to the Compliance & Facilities team and wider Property Services Management functions.
Asset Management Administration Support
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday,
9am – 5pm (flexibility available)
To provide administrative support to the Asset Management team and the wider Property Services Management functions
