Our Out-of-Hours Service is changing

We're still here to help when you need us

From Monday 4th October our in-house Customer Experience Team will be available from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

We have listened to your feedback and made changes to have more officers available to speak to you when you want them. You told us this was during the day, Monday to Friday.

This means that outwith these times we will now accept emergency repairs only over the telephone; through a company called Saltire which is based in the west of Scotland.  We expect that you will not notice the difference when you call.

Don’t worry, we will still have our automated payment line available 24hrs and our Antisocial Behaviour line gives you all the instructions you need to report ASB, allowing you the opportunity to leave your housing officer a voicemail.  

For any other enquiries we will have our highly skilled staff available 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday to help assist you, or alternatively you can email the team.
