We were recently informed that the Payzone system was subject to an upgrade which was incompatible with Wilson Energy, among a number of other companies.

We are pleased to let customers know we have been advised by contractors Wilson Energy that the Payzone system is now working as normal.

This situation was totally outwith our control and resulted in some customers within the Broomhill District Heating area being temporarily unable to make payments via Payzone. As soon as this information was relayed to us, we communicated alternative methods of payment to affected customers. Wilson Energy are taking all necessary steps to upgrade their software as soon as possible to allow Payzone payments to resume. 

Customers can also pay by the following methods: 

  • Telephone: 0345 467 0636 
  • Residential Portal: Wilsonpayments - Skybill 
  • Direct Debit: Call 0345 467 0636 and Wilson Energy can set this up. 
  • Bank Transfer or Standing Order: Account Name: Wilson Energy Ltd, Sort Code: 206325, Account Number: 73618390, Reference: (1st Line of the tenants address). 

We would like to advise customers paying using an alternative method removes the additional 35p per transaction charge applied for using Payzone.
