River Clyde Homes – Repairs Service Update

At River Clyde Homes (RCH) Group, we know that some customers have been waiting longer than they should for repairs. We are sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

Improving our repairs service is a priority. To help reduce the backlog and improve response times, we have appointed SureServe on a temporary basis to work alongside our in-house team at Home Fix Scotland (HFS).

This additional support will:

  • Help clear outstanding repairs more quickly
  • Improve appointment availability
  • Reduce waiting times
  • Restore consistent service standards

Our goal is simple: to provide a responsive, reliable and high-quality repairs service that you can depend on. For your reassurance, SureServe operatives will attend in clearly branded vehicles and uniforms and will always carry official photo identification.
