River Clyde Homes submits Annual Assurance Statement
The River Clyde Homes Board has recently signed our first Annual Assurance Statement and submitted it to the Scottish Housing Regulator.

Annual Assurance Statements are a new requirement designed to encourage effective self-assessment by social landlords and to enable the Board provide assurance to customers and other stakeholders. Prior to signing, the Board considered evidence that demonstrated how River Clyde Homes met regulatory requirements covering a range of issues, from tenant and resident safety to financial and risk management.
