Seafield House Easter Party

Easter cheer blossomed at Seafield House as residents of the Greenock sheltered housing complex celebrated with a stylish party.

Sporting their finest Easter bonnets, they and their loved ones enjoyed an afternoon of refreshments and lively entertainment from singer Gerry McLean on Thursday.

Siobhan Mahon, support services manager, commended support warden Stacy for her excellent work in engaging all residents in the party's planning and execution. 

Siobhan said: “Our support warden Stacy has done a fantastic job to get all residents involved from planning the party, to setting it up on the day. Some residents who don’t normally come out to activities came along and joined in, and lots of people were up dancing."

This event exemplifies the staff's dedication to promoting an active and independent lifestyle for residents, who are already looking forward to their next celebration.

Siobhan continued, “This is a great example of how our staff work with residents to keep them active and independent.

“The residents are planning their next party already!”
