SHQS and EESSH Survey – 2024

As part of this project, we require to obtain an up-to-date Energy Performance Certificate. We have engaged the services of Harvey Donaldson and Gibson, Chartered Surveyors, to produce the Certificate.

The Survey requires access to all rooms and any loft space you have. In most cases the surveyor will only require access to your property for approximately 30 minutes. Harvey Donaldson and Gibson will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable time to carry out a survey. There is no need to take time off from work however if you are unavailable at this time we would be grateful if you would contact HDG to arrange a suitable time.

On the day of the survey, their Surveyor will carry photographic ID and we would ask that you request sight of this before allowing the Surveyor access to your home.
