Getting You Involved Makes Us Better

At River Clyde Homes, we know that the best way to improve our services is by listening to the people who use them. Your views, ideas and experiences help shape the decisions we make, ensuring we continue to provide services that meet the needs of our customers and communities.

That's why we're inviting customers to come along to our Getting You Involved Makes Us Better event and find out about the many ways you can have your say on the services we deliver.

Whether you're interested in helping to improve repairs and maintenance services, sharing feedback on policies, taking part in surveys, joining customer groups, there are lots of opportunities to get involved. You can choose the level of involvement that suits you, from occasional online feedback to more regular participation in customer panels and consultations.

The event is a chance to meet members of our team, learn more about our customer involvement opportunities, and discover how your feedback can make a real difference.

Can't Attend? You Can Still Get Involved

If you're unable to make it to our office, don't worry. There are plenty of ways to get involved from home and at times that work best for you. Simply get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss the options available.

We can also provide information and involvement materials after the event, allowing you to find out more and take part in a way that's convenient for you.

Please note: Attendance must be confirmed in advance for health and safety purposes. If you're unable to register or attend on the day, we can still send you information and materials so that you don't miss out.
