The River Clyde Homes Group (RCH Group) has launched its 2026 apprenticeship recruitment programme.
This year, we’re recruiting new apprentices to join teams across River Clyde Homes and Home Fix Scotland, supporting essential services for customers and communities across Inverclyde.
RCH Group has a long-standing commitment to offering high quality apprenticeships that give young people the skills, experience and confidence to build successful careers, with structured learning, hands-on experience and support from experienced mentors.
In 2026, we are recruiting across a range of key areas, including:
Trades Apprenticeships within Home Fix Scotland
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Electrical
Modern Apprenticeships within River Clyde Homes and HFS
- Business & Administration (various departments)
Each apprenticeship is paid, lasts up to four years, and combines college based study with real workplace experience. Apprentices benefit from personalised support and guidance from skilled professionals across the RCH Group.
Our programmes continue to play a vital role in developing future talent, supporting local employment, and strengthening the communities we serve.
Our apprentices bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and ambition to every part of the business. They learn from experienced colleagues while gaining recognised qualifications and real world experience.
Reece Morris, Apprentice Joiner
“Since starting, I’ve had the chance to develop my skills, build confidence and grow both personally and professionally. Every day brings something new to learn, whether it’s improving my technique, working as part of a team, or developing new skills on site.”
Rio Mason, MA Business Admin / Housing
"When I was an apprentice the college work was good as I didn’t need to leave the office to complete it. Meaning I could get help from my colleagues which helped me complete it a few months early.”
Lucy English, HFS Business Admin
"I was in my apprenticeship for 5 out of 18 months then gained my business and administration SCQF Level 6 qualification. I started at the main office and due to movement of members of staff I was moved to stores which is more practical and more to my liking."
