Getting a home
If you’re looking for a home in Inverclyde, you’ve come to the right place. To register for a house with us you first need to complete a registration form. We will then write to you with your User ID, PIN and Housing Needs Group. If you need assistance please call our Customer Experience Team on 01475 78887.
Finding a home
We advertise all our homes through Home Connections every week. New homes are added every Friday.
Bidding on a home
When you find a property you like, you have to let us know you are interested. This is done by placing a bid against the house online or through our Customer Experience Team. Bidding closes every Thursday at midnight. Bids may be made on up to three properties.
Offer of housing
If you are successful and shortlisted for a property we will get in contact with you within a few days of bidding closing. If not, you can continue to bid on up to three properties every week. However, if you refuse two offers within 12 months, your application will be suspended for six months.
