Caretaking and cleaning

We provide a caretaking service to 1400 homes across Inverclyde. The service is available in all our multi-storey properties and a number of tenemental properties.


Equipment, aids and adaptations

We are committed to supporting customers and their families to improve their safety, wellbeing and quality of life through by providing equipment, aids and adaptations.


Gas safety

We service the gas system in our customer's homes on an annual basis.  It is vitally important that you allow us access to your home to carry out this important safety check.



River Clyde Homes has a duty to comply with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. We also have a duty of care for our customers and employees living or working in properties.


Contents insurance

We have teamed up with an insurance provider to offer a home contents insurance policy designed specifically for tenants and factored homeowners.

Sheltered Housing

Sheltered Housing provides a safe secure environment with housing support provided by a warden on duty five days a week as well as an “on-call” service at weekends.


Silver Living

Silver Living is a housing option for older customers and customers who have medical mobility housing needs and want to retain their independence.


Retirement housing

Retirement housing provides an enhanced housing management service to older people who require assistance to live independently, ultimately, enabling elderly residents to feel safer and more secure within their home.
