Grass and Open Spaces Maintenance 2025 - 2026

River Clyde Homes is committed to maintaining attractive and safe green spaces for all our residents. We understand the importance of well-kept grass and open areas in fostering a pleasant living environment. To ensure our grounds remain in top condition, we're pleased to announce the schedule for our Grass and Open Spaces Maintenance Programme for the period of April 2025 to March 2026. This comprehensive programme outlines our planned activities, designed to enhance the beauty and usability of our communal areas throughout the year. We encourage all residents to review the schedule to understand when maintenance will be taking place in their neighbourhood.

Summer maintenance runs through to end October 2025 when we will shift to to Winter Maintenance until March 2026.

Sheltered housing:
Winter gritting foot paths at complexes is required before 9am . Any extra areas classed as ad-hoc works.
