Procurement

At River Clyde Homes we procure a diverse range of goods, works and services which represent significant opportunities for a variety of organisations across the business sector. All of our contracts with a value exceeding £50k are advertised via Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), the Scottish Government's national procurement advertising portal.

As well as procuring contracts via our own internal Procurement Team, the River Clyde Homes Group also award works to suppliers via external framework providers such as the Scottish Procurement Alliance; Scotland Excel; Procurement for Housing; Crown Commercial Service and The Scottish Government.

Any company wishing to work with River Clyde Homes will require to be registered with PCS. Registering with PCS is free, and will provide companies with the opportunity to bid for works from public bodies all over Scotland, not just River Clyde Homes.

Procurement strategy

Our Procurement Strategy sets out how we intend to ensure that our procurement activity delivers value for money whilst ensuring regulatory compliance. You can download the strategy below.

Annual Procurement Report

To fulfil our obligations under the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, River Clyde Homes (RCH) is required to produce an Annual Procurement Report. The aim of the report is to publicise RCH’s performance and achievements in relation to realising the aims we set out in our Procurement Strategy. It’s also a vehicle to provide suppliers with advance notice of potential future contracting opportunities from RCH. You can download the document below.
