The Management Team

The senior management team is led by Kevin Scarlett, Chief Executive, who is supported by three executive directors.

Kevin Scarlett

Kevin became Chief Executive in December 2012 and has over 30 years experience of working in social housing and regeneration. A politics graduate from the University of Hull and a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Kevin has worked for a number of local authorities and housing associations. He was Chief Executive of Salix Homes, based in Salford, for 6 years and under his leadership received the UK’s Outstanding Achievement in Housing award for 2010. Kevin’s drive is his belief that social housing can make a real difference in our communities.

Sandra McLeod - Executive Director, Customer Experience

Sandra McLeod

Sandra joined River Clyde Homes in January 2014.  She has 29 years of experience working in social housing, working for Scottish Special Housing Association, Scottish Homes and Cube Housing Association which is part of the Wheatley Group.   She has a Diploma in Housing Studies, and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and serves as a Board member on the Scottish Branch. Change management and customer service is a strong feature of Sandra’s experience and change is something she welcomes and enjoys. 

Richard Turnock - Executive Director, Resources and Transformation

Richard Turnock

Richard is Executive Director of Resources and Transformation with River Clyde Homes. He has previously worked for a number of multinational organisations, including PwC and Standard Life plc, and has extensive senior level financial and change management experience across a number of sectors. Richard is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Mark Robson - Executive Director, Home Fix Scotland

Mark Robson

Mark is the Managing Director of Home Fix Scotland, he has previously worked for a number of large housing organisations, including the Teesside based Thirteen Group where he was Head of Building Services. He has extensive senior level experience and is a business graduate from the University of Teesside and is a Fellow of both the Institute Leadership and Management and the Chartered Managers Institute. Mark is passionate about service delivery and continuous improvement.
